Trim and style a beautiful sinamay hat in one of two shapes. The class will be taught on the Sunday before Ascot from 11am to 4pm in our bright, spacious Soho fabric shop. Our one day course is taught by acclaimed milliner Ian Bennett and will take you through the skilful steps required to make a cotton covered wire head fitting to hold your finished creation invisibly in place and trim it however you wish with his expert guidance. You can choose your trimmings on the day from anything available in the shop: feathers, fabrics, bindings up to a value of £30 which is included in the price of the class. You will also have one of the two hat shapes and a metre of sinamay in the same colour with which to bind or trim your hat. Ian will bring his unique trimming expertise, as shown on his site, to help you create something truly spectacular to complete your outfit.
